Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated part-time Facility Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Facility Scribe will be responsible for assisting providers in the delivery of excellent patient care through detailed scribing and facilitating a smooth process for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Allevio Care Anywhere with professionalism and friendly bedside manner.
Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations by taking detailed notes, confirming information with the patient, and assisting in the collection of consents and insurance information.
Manage patient medical records and information with confidentiality and care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer skills
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
