Position Overview
Allevio Care Anywhere is seeking a House Call Coordinator to facilitate and coordinate house calls for patients requiring medical attention. The House Call Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, communicating with healthcare providers, and ensuring that patients receive the necessary care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule house calls for patients based on medical needs and provider availability.
Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide necessary instructions, and address any concerns.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely visits and proper documentation.
Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, patient information, and communications.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to address any changes in patient condition or care plans.
Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise during the coordination process.
Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling patient information.
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; related field preferred.
Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage scheduling and coordination efficiently.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
